Welcome to Custodial Services

Custodial Services is responsible for cleaning maintenance activities in all general-fund supported university facilities. The professional staff maintains an environment supporting higher learning endeavoring to provide a safe and healthy setting for students, faculty, staff and guests. Typical services include cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, stocking sanitary supplies and collecting and disposing of refuse. To best support the academic calendar, Custodial Services schedules shifts to begin at 5:00 PM, 10:00 PM and at 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Small crews are scheduled on weekends to meet the wide-variety of activities occurring throughout the year.
