Housing Projects

During the course of year, the Housing Facilities Maintenance Group conducts projects for the purposes of renovating and/or improving the facilities. The group is currently focused on several projects that are schedule to take place during the summer months. The following projects are currently planned:

Upgrade of existing waste sanitary waste system for increased capacity and gravity flow system
Interior painting of Sierra Hall
Continued remodeling of Residence Hall restrooms
Carpeting of common areas in Sierra Hall
Installation of new PVC membrane for lower roof of Dining Commons
Installation of new domestic hot water boilers for Desmond Hall
Continued improvements of HVAC control systems
