Cardboard

Reduce/Reuse:

• Reuse boxes whenever possible. Remember to return boxes on loan from Moving Services for reuse.

Recycle:

• Flatten boxes and place in one of the 17 white mixed recycle bins around campus. No Styrofoam or other packing materials please!
• If your custodian typically removes boxes from your hall, help them out by removing packing material and even flattening the box. Thank you!
• Please DO recycle your cardboard (don't throw in trash dumpster). The revenue received from recycling cardboard helps offset our trash bill. Thank you!

Large number of boxes:

• If your department produces a very large number of boxes, on a one-time or continual basis, please call x85801 to make arrangements.

Residential Life:

• Place cardboard in "Mixed Recycling" dumpsters behind each residence hall.
